ABC Suites was needing a simple way to offer training for staff on new products that are constantly coming out of R&D. The biggest challenge was the busy schedules and travel commitment of the Sales Staff in particular. As a result the companies training department needed online solutions that could be customised and available to staff in their own time.

With this feature we have been able to create customised staff training videos as and when required, and make these available to staff to watch in their own time.

The ability to create (using the ChatGPT AI platform) a Quiz for staff to take after they have watched a video to assess their understanding and learning, is a huge advantage.

This has not only created an additional channel & opportunity for ongoing learning, but has also put the responsibility of learning & development right at the door of each employee. The simple accessibility on the Epic platform has ensured high adoption rates and we have seen the impact in terms of increased skills as well as improved sales as a result.
