Epic’s Kudos feature is all about celebrating the wins—big or small—and giving your teammates the high-five they deserve. Whether someone went above and beyond, nailed a tricky task, or simply brought great energy to the team, Kudos makes it easy to say: “You smashed it!”


It’s quick, it’s meaningful, and it builds a culture where appreciation isn’t just encouraged—it’s contagious.


Key Functions
  • Custom Kudos Badges: Administrators design fun, branded badges (with optional points) that reflect your team’s vibe. Think “Problem Solver,” “Team Hero,” or “Coffee Saver.”
  • One-Click Recognition: Choose a badge, add a message, and send it off. The recipient gets an email notification and a warm glow of appreciation.
  • Weekly Limits (Optional) Want to keep it special?: Set a weekly Kudos limit to make each one count.
  • Kudos Wall: Recipients can view their collection of Kudos—like a digital trophy shelf of appreciation.
  • Downloadable Reports: Admins can export Kudos data in Excel for shout-outs, awards, or just to see who’s been spreading the good vibes.
  • Mobile App Enabled: Give Kudos on the go—whether you’re in the office, on-site, or catching up over coffee.
