This simple feature invites & engages employees in a continuous improvement process
Staff who are registered users on epic can submit suggestions. Suggestions can also be submitted on behalf of staff not registered on epic (ie manual submissions posted into a suggestion box can be captured, with the name of the person recorded)
Epic users who are configured to receive suggestions are notified via email. Administrators can manage all the suggestions submitted, adding discussion notes and comments. A report is available and suggestions can be archived.
Feedback to individuals on their submissions (whether implemented or not) is important!
