Adding a new Assignment
Managers can ‘assign’ deadline driven items using this feature.

Assignment allocation and visibility can be configured & customised to each company’s specific requirements. Once configured, managers can add assignments (with deadline dates) and allocate these to staff members via a drop down list. An option to self-assign is also available.

Email alerts inform individuals of the allocated assignment/s and looming deadlines also trigger a reminder. Assignees can update progress along the way and can mark an assignment as Complete, or Unable to Complete (& provide a reason).

Visibility of assignments can be set up to include everyone, or alternatively via chain of command down to pre-defined levels. Assignee peers can also be included for viewing if required.

A list of Assignments
Assignments can be edited, deleted or re-allocated by managers if and when required.
