Deadlines & Events 

The team at ABC Suites have found that with a growing number of deadlines & events in epic (Objectives, Actions, Assignments, To-do-lists, Reminders, Where am I, Weekly Commitments, Appraisals etc), there was a need to view all of these together in a single place.

In short they needed a Calendar View!

All deadlines and events captured in epic can now be viewed on a Calendar at the click of a button. View options include daily, weekly, monthly or annual and a default option can be set for both computer and mobile.

The fact that each of the color-coded deadlines is a clickable link to the event itself means that managing the items directly from the Calendar is very simple.

The team has found that with this value added feature, individuals are starting to use epic features that they haven’t used before. All in all, there is a sense now of being ‘more on top of things’ which is proving invaluable given the very busy environment with tight deadlines.
