Molly Coddle, HR Manager, started uploading the essential Company documents into epic under specific categories. She was also able to restrict access to confidential documents.
Staff records (Employment Contracts, Disciplinary hearing summaries, banking details, address details etc) were also loaded per staff member with Manager and Staff member accesss (if required).
Documents could be updated which meant that the current version was always available, with older versions either deleted or archived.
As a result the administration of these documents became far more efficient with less time and frustration spent searching with quick and simple access for those who needed information in real time
