Kudos badges are designed & customised by the epic Administrator/s. These can include points and a weekly limit can be set if required.
Individuals can then award an appropriate Kudos Badge to one or more recipients, with a message. The recipient receives an email notification and can view the list of Kudos Awards in epic.
