Site Diary

Feature

Site Diary
A Site Diary can be added to a Project. One would simply enable the Site Diary and add the relevant information.

The Site Diary is a digital log that allows site engineers to record daily on-site details—weather, plant hire, labour, activities, and visitors etc. - and have it securely signed off by both engineer and contractor for clear, auditable accountability.

Key Functions
  • Daily Activity Logging: Site engineers can capture essential site data—weather, plant availability, activities etc.—with date/time stamps.
  • Plant Records: Input and track plant details, including registration or serial numbers for traceability.
  • Labour Tracking: Record types and number of labour resources on site.
  • Visitor Log: Document any site visitors with notes on purpose and duration.
  • Work Progress Notes: Record key activities, milestones, and any issues or delays observed.
  • Digital Signature Capture: Secure digital sign-off by both site engineer and contractor for formal validation.
  • Compliance & Audit Readiness: Creates a verifiable, timestamped record for internal reviews and external audits.
  • Device-Friendly Access: Fully usable on mobile or tablet devices for real-time, on-site input.
