Epic Administrators configure the feature via Admin / Manage Non-Conformance. Email notifications are enabled through a simple setup process, ensuring responsible individuals are alerted as soon as issues arise. Admins can define specific operational areas, assign responsible users, and manage archived entries for ongoing compliance tracking.
Team members can report non-conformance issues using streamlined digital forms, selecting the relevant operational area and entering a brief description. Submitted items trigger email notifications to the assigned personnel for immediate follow-up.
Responsible users access their list under My Non-Conformance Responsibilities, where they can add updates, comments, and mark resolutions. Completed items are archived with full timestamps and resolution details, supporting audit-readiness.
Reporting
Administrators and managers can view real-time progress by area, user, and item status. Detailed downloadable reports ensure traceability and compliance across departments.
