This feature enables structured scheduling and tracking of remedial actions following property condition assessments. Once components or elements are flagged for repair or replacement, follow-up tasks can be assigned, monitored, and closed out within the Epic Mobi platform.

Administrators or project leads can convert assessment findings into actionable tasks, allocate responsibilities, set deadlines, and monitor progress. All updates are synced with the original condition records, ensuring full traceability from issue identification to resolution.

Key Functions
  • Projects are set up to include Sites, Parcels, Improvements, Components and Elements
  • Staff use the epic Mobi app to take a picture and/or sketch of each Component or Element and complete an on-the-spot assessment
  • Condition as well as Quantities required for repair can be included in the assessment
  • Progress stats to monitor progress are available at the click of a button
  • A record of all assessments as well as comprehensive reports (that include pictures and sketches) are available for the administrators to view, download & print
