The Challenge:
At Candy Wrapper’s previous company, the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) that had been adopted was overly complex, the data had become outdated and it simply didn’t get used in the way that it should have.

How ABC Suites uses epic:
Meet Celia Fate (Commercial / Sales Director). Celia has become a big advocate of the epic CRM solution and her Sales teams have found it incredibly simple to record, manage and track interactions with key customers on a weekly basis.

The epic Mobile app has been a winner for sales staff who can quickly log interactions with customers as they happen – and weekly sales reports are generated from the system – there is no need for sales reps to have to write up weekly reports!


The net result has been a measurable increase in productivity as sales teams have more time to spend with customers. Greater continuity in customer engagement has resulted in continuously improving customer service ratings (Net Promotor Score).

Because there is a common view of the customer, Celia has observed improved teamwork and mutual support across her sales teams, and importantly sales have increased on the back of great customer service experiences!
