The Challenge:
A top priority for CEO Candy Wrapper is to create a Learning Culture at ABC Suites where staff are encouraged to take a pro-active stance towards their own growth and development.

The Training Needs Analysis (TNA*) feature in epic is an important part of this. However, Candy was looking for something more in the form of a Forum where staff could engage in robust debate & learn about the latest industry related topics.

How ABC Suites uses epic:
Candy tasked Molly Coddle (Head Talent Development) to promote the epic Forum where latest industry innovations and ideas could be highlighted and discussed. Although voluntary, this feature has been enthusiastically adopted by many staff who are excited about sharing & learning from each other.

The epic Forum has definitely supported the development of a ‘Learning Organisation’ at ABC Suites.The Forum is a place where all epic users can post (and respond to) business-related topics. The External Forum is available to all epic users while the Internal Forum is confined to epic users in your own company.
