Customer Surveys

Customer Surveys are not anonymous (unlike the Climate Surveys)

  • There are two types of Customer Surveys available in epic. One measures individual performance and service levels to customers. The other measures Customer Satisfaction from an organizational perspective.
  • Relevant questions are developed (based on a 1 - 10, 1 - 5 or 1 - 4 scoring scale), and the relevant email addresses of intended respondents (customers / clients / suppliers) are inputted. At the close of the Survey period, a full report (including comments) is generated.
