This feature provides a simple way of reporting incidents / damages / concerns
Incidents or concerns are reported immediately by anybody in the company, and submissions are automatically sent to the owners of that particular area for their attention.

- Staff can use the epic Mobi app to take a picture of a concern using their smart phone (GPS co-ordinates & time stamp are automatically recorded on the photo)
- Select the relevant area from the drop down list & complete additional details requested
- Add a comment & submit
- The person responsible for the area is immediately notified and has access to the detail submitted
- A record of all submissions is available for the administrator to download as a report.
